1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClipForge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipForge is a web-based platform that enables users to automatically fetch gaming highlight clips from Allstar.gg and publish them to social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use ClipForge. You may register using an email address and password or sign in via Google OAuth. Email/password accounts require OTP email verification before access is granted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connected Social Accounts

ClipForge connects to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) via OAuth. By connecting an account you grant ClipForge permission to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time from the Accounts page or from the respective platform's settings.

5. Content

You retain all rights to your gaming clips. You grant ClipForge a limited licence to store, process, and publish your clips solely as directed by you. You must not use ClipForge to publish content that violates any applicable law or any platform's terms.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

ClipForge offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClipForge is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
